- bg-background + border-b (sem cor primária no fundo)
- Links: pill arredondado, hover bg-accent suave, sem underline
- Link ativo: pill bg-primary/10 text-primary
- Trigger aberto: mesma aparência do hover
- Mobile: mesmo padrão de ativo com pill primário
